To maintain the uncompromising quality and safety of our formulas, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our functional supplements, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or flavor preference once an order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your ritual is interrupted by a damaged or defective product, we are committed to making it right. We offer replacements only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
To be eligible for a replacement, you must:

Provide proven evidence of the damage (clear, high-resolution photos of the outer shipping box, the inner pouch, and the damaged seal/area).

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Once our fulfillment team verifies the evidence, a complimentary replacement will be shipped to you immediately.
Exchanges In accordance with our strict health and safety protocols, we do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the rare event that a replacement for a damaged item is unavailable. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.
